Terms of Service - Try-on Virtuai
Try-on Virtuai (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) operates the tryonvirtuai.com website, a web-based application that provides virtual try-on and fitting services. These Terms of Service apply to all users (hereinafter: User) of the tryonvirtuai.com platform.
2. Usage Rights
2.1. IP Address Storage Consent
By giving consent, the User agrees that the Operator may store the User's IP address to verify the comprehensive use of the Platform and ensure its security.
2.2. Your Content
2.2.1. Content
'Content' refers to any text, information, communication, or material that you upload, import, or create using the Services and Software, particularly photos, images, and related text or data used for virtual try-on purposes.
If your Content is found to violate the Terms, we reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove the Content or restrict access to the Content, Services, and Software.
We do not review all Content uploaded to the Services and Software, but we may use available technologies, vendors, or processes to scan for certain types of illegal content or other objectionable content or behavior.
2.2.2. Licenses Regarding Your Content
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly perform, and translate the Content solely for the purpose of operating or improving the Services and Software. For example, to ensure the Services and Software work as intended, we may sublicense our rights to the Content to our service providers to process the photos you upload for virtual try-on and present these results to you. Separately, section 4.5 (Feedback) below covers any Feedback you provide to us.
2.2.3. Ownership
Between you and Try-on Virtuai, you retain all rights and ownership in your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights in your Content.
2.2.4. Sharing Your Content

Some Services and Software may offer features that allow you to Share your Content with other users or make it publicly available. You are responsible for the Content you Share, so carefully consider what you will Share or make publicly available.
(B) (B) Access Level
We do not monitor or control what others do with your Content. You are responsible for determining the restrictions placed on your Content and applying the appropriate access level to your Content.
(C) (C) Comments
Any comments you submit through the Services and Software are not anonymous and may be viewed by other users.
(D) (D) Removing Your Content
If you delete Content (other than Feedback) from the Services and Software, we will stop making the Content publicly available within a reasonable time. Some copies of your Content may be retained as part of our routine backups. We are not responsible for any use of Content you have shared or made publicly available.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. Prohibition of Misuse
The User commits to avoiding any action that compromises the functionality or operation of the software, uses the virtual try-on service outside its intended purpose, or misuses the service.
3.2. Content Rights Guarantee
The User guarantees that they have all necessary rights (such as copyright, neighboring rights, industrial property rights, trademark rights) to process the photos and images they upload for virtual try-on purposes.
4. Warranty and Liability
4.1. Warranty Limitation
Any warranty regarding the results and availability of the Software is excluded. However, if a warranty claim exists, the warranty period is six months. The User accepts that virtual try-on results are only a simulation, may not fully reflect reality, and the Operator is not responsible for any purchase decision.
4.2. Liability Limitation
The Operator is not liable for the speed, availability, data loss, or accuracy of results of the Software. Furthermore, the Operator's liability is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This does not apply in cases where a person loses their life or suffers health damage.
4.3. Financial Liability Upper Limit
The Operator's liability is limited to 100.00 EURO (or equivalent) in all cases.
4.4. Termination
Try-on Virtuai reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice and without any liability, for cause (e.g., if you violate this Agreement) or for convenience. After termination, your License will be automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to delete your Account and all or any information in your Profile.
4.5. Feedback
Any suggestion, comment, idea, or feedback (Feedback) provided by the User to the Operator becomes the property of the Operator. The Operator has the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or obligation to pay any fee to the User.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. Data Protection
All data protection information is provided to the User at the Privacy Policy page.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Applicable Law
Legal disputes arising from this Agreement are exclusively subject to the laws of the United Kingdom. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
6.2. Competent Court
The exclusive competent court for disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is the courts of London.
6.3. Partial Invalidity
If individual provisions of this Agreement are invalid, this will not result in the invalidity of the entire Agreement.
6.4. Translation
If these Terms of Service are provided by the Operator in a language other than English, in case of dispute, only the original English language contract text shall be valid.
7. Subscription Cancellation and Account Deletion
7.1. Subscription Cancellation (If Paid Services Are Offered)
If you purchased your subscription through the Site, you can manage and cancel your subscription and automatic renewals at any time by following the instructions in the 'My Account' or similar section. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for unused Paid Services.
7.2. Account Deletion
You can also delete your account by contacting us at hello@theselfmadelabs.com. Upon your specific request for account closure and data deletion, we will make all reasonable efforts to delete all data related to your Account.
